Marten Rux is a multi-instrumentalist and outstanding producer who, despite his striving for anonymity hiding under various aliases and taking selfies of his hindhead, is also renowned as the holder of a stupendously vast and diverse records collection which – depending on his mood, that of the audience, the general circumstances and location (megapolis or desert) – he spins one way or another, setting the listener's expectation in the broadest of all possible spectra, from solid highly repetitive beats to down-tempo misty psychedelica bordering on abstract soundscapes and hardly any sound at all. You would never know upfront. You take a guess.
